A Message From Luann

Hello neighbors and friends,

I’m Luann D’Agostino, and I’m running to be your Democratic State Representative for District 23.

For more than 30 years, I’ve been proud to call the Newark area home—building a small business, giving back to our community, and working alongside neighbors to make a difference. You may know me as the owner of Take The Lead Dance Studio, a Moms Demand Action volunteer, or through my work in pet therapy with my golden retrievers.

I’m running because I believe in the strength of our community—and in leadership that listens, shows up, and gets things done. I want to help ensure our neighborhoods remain safe, welcoming, and full of opportunity for everyone—a place where our residents and businesses thrive.

With a background in engineering, I bring a problem-solving mindset and a commitment to finding real solutions that work for Delaware families.

I would be honored to earn your vote in the Democratic Primary on Tuesday, September 15th.

For Delaware. For Newark. For You.

I look forward to meeting you soon.

—Luann
